1.We are the owner or licensee of all copyright, design right, database rights, trademarks, service marks and all other intellectual property in the Content of this website and any licensed right to use and exploit such rights (including but not limited to the text, graphics, design, arrangements and sound).

2(a). You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use;

2(b). You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text;

  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
